"Standard" owner finance offer form?
Hey there, I'm about to write an offer to a seller that might finance the deal. Anyone has an straight forward form I can borrow?
Also, any advice on overlooked items or common landmines will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ariel

If this is first time for you, have an atty in MA do it. Each state has different laws (including recourse and default) and once you have the atty's form, you'd be better equipped for the next deal.
