What is your go-to resource for finding REOs/Flippable Property?

Hello Everyone, 

I'd like to hear how you all search for properties intended to be flipped. I know there are a number of websites out there that help facilitate this, so just interested to see which ones or other types of resources everyone finds to be most effective? They could be off market properties, REOs, Pre/post foreclosures, short sales, etc.
