House Hacking a Tri-plex or Quad-Plex
I am wondering if you are able to house hack a tri-plex or quad-plex in WI or MN? Are you able to get an FHA loan on these properties by owner occupying one of the units? I know you can get an owner occupied/low percent down load with a duplex, but is there is difference when trying to house hack something larger? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Izac Sheforgen - we help FHA borrowers occupy 2-4 unit properties all day long, 3.5% down. You can also use 75% of current or projected rental income to increase your borrowing power. It's a great strategy for a new investor.
