Large portfolio loan

Hello everyone,

I am looking at a few large portfolios to invest in.  I am here seeking advice on how to secure a large loan (5 mil) to acquire these.  Currently have multiple properties worth around 1 mil that are completely debt free and clear.  Any advice would be appreciated!
