I am looking for a lender recommendation for purchasing two turnkey double units worth around 250k total

These are "no brainer" deals far under market value great condition   I own a few rentals purchased the traditional way 20-25 years ago, sold one 5 years ago and now just getting back into the business      My goal is long term hold & rent   Possible bridge loan for a quick purchase? what type of lenders would help me with this?
