Reasons for 'Curb offers only'

Hi All,

I've been seeing a few properties now that may work numbers wise for my goals (long term rentals) but they tend to have the 'curb offers only' condition.

Most don't have any photos of the inside either (these are all MLS listings), and are generally already tenant occupied.

Have you been involved in such transactions? Would appreciate you sharing your experiences and any potential pitfalls one should look out for

Thanks very much!

-Andy
