CARES Act ? Crazy Strategy...
FYI - I am NOT contemplating this at all..
I read that some people are taking advantage of the CARES Act to postpone mortgage payments in an attempt to combine 2-3 mortgage payments into 1 mortgage to pay one off sooner.
I guess if someone has 10 mortgages, the put 9 in forbearance and put all 10 payments on the smaller balance is the strategy?
Doesn't even sound legit or smart.
