Subject to Contract in Texas

Hello fellow investors,

I'm learning a lot about different types of seller financing strategies. One of the strategies were Subject to deals. I know they could be great if used properly and during the right situation. I know my best option is to talk to a Real Estate Attorney. However, I was wondering if anyone has a Subject to Contract that they can share with me. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
