Denied Offer After Approval Letter

Camisha Niles
Posted

A seller agent called me excited about the offer made by my client. He asked for the preapproval letter and the offer was declined immediately. My client approval letter did not show enough to cover the home, but we provided her bank statement showing that she would cover the rest at the time of closing. The amount in her bank account was well over what was needed. I am very new to this. Is it not attractive or takes a way from, the attractiveness of an offer, if its paid directly by the client? What are your thoughts or experiences?
