I need your opinion on inside color.

I have been painting my flips pretty much the same colors. Tin Smith gray on the walls, white semi gloss trim and white ceilings. It seems to work well. My question is, if I was to spray all of the walls and ceilings white and offer the buyers an option to choose their own colors (for an extra fee) would this work? It would make my flips so much quicker and cheaper to do. My fear is it might leave a bad first impression and the realtor may not let the buyers know that they have the option to have it customized. Thanks for the input.
