I am Los Angeles based. Looking for inside perspective on Louisville housing market. “Hot” areas of the city/ areas to avoid. What investment strategies work best there? Any good/ useful information on the city is much appreciated!! What ya got??

I would stay away from properties in zip codes 40203, 40208, 40210, 40211, 40212, 40213, 40215 and 40219. Basically the area west of I-65 and north of I-264 is considered the west end. High crime and low value.
