How to get capital to invest in RE
Hey guys, I’m currently in grad school to become a Physician assistant. My plan is a little unorthodox, I guess from most. I decided to go a traditional school route, get into a professional job and then use the money to build my portfolio. Im half way through my program but I’ve been running numbers on properties daily and I’m finding quite a few in my area around 23-34% cash on cash return.
How did people here raise capital for their first investment? Curious what has worked for others (currently I have student loans and due to the nature of my program I can’t work. I’ll be on the road for clinical training for the next 15 months)
Thanks
