Ways to generate cash flow in RE investment as a beginner

I just get into Real Estate investment and decided to do it full time without an additional job. What are some of the ways (strategies) to generate cash flow that can sustain my daily needs for now while building the business?  FYI. I do have an approved loan that I can use to get started. As always, your input is greatly appreciated!
