Hi ! I am wondering how much approx does it cost to review my purchase of agreement (off market deals: seller financing, buying with cash and wholesale) with Attorney in Lehigh Valley/Philadelphia PA ?

I plan to do BRRRR and flips but also want to have at least 3 exit strategies.

For wholesale deal - can i have one purchase of agreement and use it as my template to each transaction ?
