Me and my Husband are interested in purchasing a new home it’s located in Brooklyn NY and we are currently residing in this home renting one unit out. Our landlord decided to sell after a loss in his family he received the appraisal for the house and he’s asking for $800,000 he's not including a real estate agent and is very kind just wants to sell. The houses in this neighborhood are selling for 1mil so that was also something that caught my eye. The house is a multi family 3 unit home we would reside in one and rent out the two others. Our income on paper is not sufficient enough to purchase ourselves so we would need another person with an income of $100,000 a steady income and a score no less then 700 please comment if you’re interested. We don’t need any capitol we can handle the down payments and payments going forward we just need proof of income .
