Anyone have good advise for Oklahoma City?
I’ve been thinking about investing / looking into multi units. Currently browsing Oklahoma City. Anyone familiar with the area that can offer general advise? I live in San Diego, CA

@Tayo Owoeye multifamily is tough here. There isn't a lot of it and investors want it. You've got to move quickly and take a hit to your number to be able to snag anything. It will be a lot of waiting and then jumping at anything that comes your way without much room to negotiate it closer to a better deal. The sellers know someone will overpay.
You can snag single family rentals here for 60-80k at 8% cap rates though. It's just a market where it's easier to do better with single family.
