Hi

I am buy and hold investor looking to buy turnkey or Burr in the Detroit and surrounding areas of Mi. what are the best neighborhoods, that are a being revitalized and are on a path to growth. Not mention I am also looking for rockstar Realtor,wholesalers,Property managers and also contractors. If someone can point me in the right direction i will greatly appreciate it.
