Dual agency for seller great idea? Agree lower commission.

I am in Las Vegas Nevada.

Seller a standard house in a median income area.

My potential agent briefly mentioned about been dual agency and can reduce the total fee in Vegas to 3.5 percent.

What are the con and pro for seller? Under above scenarios is dual agency good for seller or maybe not?
