Buy and Hols in Milwaukee - Recomended neighberhoods
Hey everyone,
I am planning to invest in Milwaukee this upcoming 2 months, Buy and Hold with 85K after all the costs (Duplex or single).
I have been checking those neighberhoods:
Harambee + wiliamsberg, Silver spring, Licoln Creek, Licoln Park, Thurston Wood, Clark Squere ,Mcgovern, Whal Park, Hampton Heights, Rufus King, Uptown.
I am trying to focus on the 3-5 most interesting neighberhoods to move forward and invest at the begining in one and than more..
Which do you think are the most relevant for my strategy?
Thank you:)
