Mass/Boston market so expensive
Would love to hear examples of cash flow around Boston or bordering states where overall price of properties doesn't go near the average of 300k-500k.

I have a triplex in East Boston that cashflows nicely. They are certainly hard to find but getting creative and adding value is key.
