Illinois is beginning to heat up

My primary home (bought 6 months ago, non-distressed sale) had an exact comp 5 houses down sell for $17k more than my price. My next door neighbor purchased a short sale 2 years ago. They refinanced recently. Appraised $38k more. This town was one of the hardest hit areas.

Was listening to a radio show yesterday; multiple offers on many properties.

Many people are beginning to undestand the rates & home prices are very low.
