Will a serious steep road be the deal-breaker?

I am trying to collect some of your opinions on regards my investment dilemma.

I found a good deal, and I am about the purchase and small building divided into 4 apartments in Portugal.
and as far as you know, every property has a weak side, in my case, it is a 40° road to get to the building.
the place is in an urban area (Porto) and located 500 meters from a beautiful river.
I asked the seller, she never went down to the river on foot, because of the way back, so she is always using a car.
the apartments intended to turn to a short term rental, to clients that don't necessarily will have a car.
I walked that road by myself, and it is indeed quite tough.what do you think, will you consider that as a deal-breaker?
