New investor looking for pointers

I am new to real estate investing. I got introduced to Marshall Reddick via a podcast. I looking for feedback/experience from folks who have works with this operator. I am interested in knowing of other operators like Marshall Reddick. Appreciate all the replies and directions. Thank you.

Marshall Reddick is NOT a churn and burn shop like some many others out there. I personally have used them for both short and long term lending with great satisfaction.
