New investor looking for pointers
I am new to real estate investing. I got introduced to Marshall Reddick via a podcast. I looking for feedback/experience from folks who have works with this operator. I am interested in knowing of other operators like Marshall Reddick. Appreciate all the replies and directions. Thank you.

for their clients. They are very up front and honest when finding rental properties. The more successful their clients are the more properties they purchase. Marshall Reddick is NOT a churn and burn shop like some many others out there. I personally have used them for both short and long term lending with great satisfaction.
