Can Freddie Mac accept another offer?

I bid on a home last week and the bank countered my offer and I accepted their counter. During this process another person made an offer after they sent me the counter offer, which I accepted that day. I then had to sign a multiple offer document, but my realtor said I'll get the house, it is just procedure to sign when someone else makes an offer. Should I be worried. I was the first to make the offer and I am paying cash and it would be owner occupied. It's been two days since I signed the multiple offer document my realtor keeps telling me not to worry, they are not looking at the other offer we are just waiting on the addednum papers to be sent. what do you think about this situation? I was well within the deadline of accepting their counter, so how could I be in a multiple offer situation.
