Turnkey investment question
Hi BP community!
First time posting but have learnt a lot here. Thanks!
I am a foreign investor looking for investment properties in the US. I can get a mortgage from a US bank but only for one property for now. I have been looking at some turnkey properties and it seems most are under 200k each. Assume I can borrow 2, 3 times of that for one, can I find something in that price range with comparable returns? For example, if I aim for class A neighborhoods in a high rental-yield city would that work? I would like to be an absentee owner and as hands-off as possible. Thank you very much.
