SFM to Muti unit in Chicago

Gisela Rios
Posted

Hello ! I'm new to BP. I've been interested I'm real estate investing for a while. My husband and I bought a SFH about 3 yrs ago. 180k 2bd 1bth needed updating. We updated the kitchen, bathroom plus cosmetics. The basement is soon to be done already added a bathroom. In the end it will be 3bd 2bth sfh. Comps are selling for 225k-250k. My question is should we stay , rent it or sell ? Looking to invest in a muti unit after this but don't know if it's the right step.
Thanks !

Gisela
