Hi everyone, I'm Patricia and from WA state(licensed)!

I have been involved in real estate as a side hustle for 4 years but have been familiar with a couple real estate investing methods for over 15 years. Since I was a 8 years old, I got my first taste in sweat equity helping my family relatives with remodels: re-tiling a kitchen floor, painting, recabinetry for renting out to people and have over 12 years of property managing. Since then, this world has been fascinating to me and I've worked on properties using the BRR method, building rental portfolios.

I have generated a tiny rental portfolio so far and look forward to doing more with that and working on other types of deals (finding distressed properties, using hard money or commercial lending to acquire them, wholesaling, seller financing, and developing).

I'd like to acquire sfrs, mfrs, storage units, or in good locations/neighborhoods (doesn't have to be in WA state) that would be easier to manage at scale. In 15-20 years I'd like to become free and clear of all debt with properties in my portfolio.

Looking to connect with like-minded folks and build partnerships!

For 2020:
Debt consolidation - I'd like to find institutions to pay down high-interest debt to be prepared for buying, opening my ability to qualify for more
Then, focus on purchasing distressed properties or other business opportunities:
- single-family deals OR multifamily deals

Look forward to hearing from you!

Cheers,

Patricia
