Virtual Assistants For REI

Hello to all of my BP family,

Let's see where to start??.. I am an overseas contract worker from ATL, GA. I am looking to invest in the southside of GA, while I don't have a set market yet (zipcode) I have been running numbers like a mad man on everyplace that fits within my scope (SFR 3B 2ba) and honestly starting to get a bit burnt out. The idea about VA's came to me from watching a dropshipping ad on youtube and thinking if they can get people to handle the lead generation I should be able to get people to run my numbers. So the thought of hiring a few VA's to handle the data crunching process sounds great. My main hold is I am not sure if it may be too early as I have not closed any deals as of yet.

TL;DR Looking to see if anyone has had luck using VAs.

I feel like staffing up in any manner (VA or otherwise) is more of a scale-up activity, rather than a launch activity. If you've dialed in your model, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to run the numbers on a deal, at least enough to get a gut check. Remember - you need to be able to teach your VA the processes you need them to carry out. If you don't have those totally figured out yourself, you'll be in a less than ideal situation.
