looking for advice on PA area

Are there any wholesalers or fix and flippers working out of boiling springs ,PA . i have a potential contract out there and i cant properly place ARV for the house. I think its around 160k-170k but that might be off. if anyone can help i will appreciate it . its a 2bd 1.5 bath with detach garage. it was a 3bd 1 bth but they renovated.
