How has Covid19 impacted real estate developers

Richard Arroyo
Posted

I have 2 lots for sale in San Diego. It's a tear down and build development opportunity. Potential to build 6 units on each. Listed on Loop net and CRLMS but little interest. Might be overpriced. Need to refocus marketing to reach developers not rehabers. Wondering if lack of interest may be due to Covid19. I have heard lenders are requiring more reserves because of Covid19.
