Hi, 

I was thinking of just selling this property As-Is since i'm an out of state investor but i'm starting to think that it would make more for me to just fix it up and flip it or BRRRR it.

Do you know any general contractors that you would recommend in the area? I need someone you trust and i can build a relationship with in the area.
