Buying a SF Residential zoned as Commercial

Account Closed

Hi there! I've been looking through the forum and haven't been able to find this situation. Similar ones, but not quite the same!

SO, I've been looking at buying a SF Residential home in my hometown. It appears as though it's only a house and has never been used as anything else, but it is listed as being zoned commercial.

I personally have never seen this before and was wondering if there is anything I need to be aware of in buying a property such as this? Are there restrictions or costs that differ from that of a residentially zoned property? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
