Closing a deal remotely
Hello BP Family. I am a new investor, doing what we do best...asking questions and learning more everyday about this business. I have a question regarding investing remotely. I am in the process of reading David Greene's Long Distance Real Estate Investing (phenomenal read btw) so I'm on the right track when it comes to the how to's. My question is a simple one. How do/can you close a real estate transaction out of state? What does that process look like? Thank you for your support.
