How to find owners of an abandoned property?

Hey all! Looking to BRRRR my first property. I've found a property that looks abandoned and destroyed. I've found the parcel information, and the house is in a revocable trust. Is there any way for somebody not in that trust (myself) to get contact information for the trustees? Does anyone have experience dealing with this issue or a similar issue?
