Direct Mail - Cash Offers

Hi all,

I'm getting ready to start my first direct mailing campaign.  I've seen a lot of direct mail examples saying something along the lines "we buy all cash - fast closing".  In my case, I'm not in a position to but all cash.

I was wondering if anyone has done direct mail campaigns without buying all cash.  I would love to know how it worked out for you.

Thanks in advance!

Marc

Advertise that you can close in 30 days or less. That is essentially what cash buyers are offering. Make sure you can actually do it though! Line up your HML in advance.
