Anybody gonna be buying REIT's tomorrow?
With all that has been going on and last weeks drop in the markets, seems like a great time to get into REIT's, espcially for a short term hold 1-2 years. I got into other stocks during the first COVID hit and intend to hit up some REIT's tomorrow.
I am researching but nothing is screaming out at me currently, thus my post. Hyatt seems like a good buy tomorrow, but I want to invest in Equity (own the property not the mortgage )REIT's to add to our portfolio.
Anyone own/suggest some equity REIT's they are into/thinking of buying? TIA
