Looking to refinance the house I am living in, ( personal)

Self Employed. Have about 90k in equity. 35k cash. 700 credit score   Only have Bank Statements to prove income and monies

Wanting to fix up my house and see if the market goes down or i can snap up some cheap properties. REally would like to move right now but i am kinda iffy on that.

Living in Florida

Anyone good?
