Neighborhood recommendations in Tempe/Phoenix Market

Looking to set up a team in Phoenix/Tempe market, but wanted to do some market research before making a visit. My husband and I have purchased four doors in Pittsburgh and are now looking at a market closer to CA. If you have researched this market or have purchased in it, can you provide a list of neighborhoods you recommend looking at and also let us know "C" or "D" neighborhoods you would recommend against.
