Using Roth IRA to purchase first BRRRR property
Hello all, I hope this post finds you well.
I'm a totally newbie and am currently obsessed with the idea of investing in BRRRR properties.
I have very little liquid cash but have $40k+ in a Roth IRA. Am I able to tap into this capital to purchase my first BRRRR property? I've done a little research on the matter already and am confused by what I have found. Also, I've already obtained a mortgage for my primary residence.
Thanks in advance!
