Home Warranty: Is it worth it?

I purchased a multi family unit with four units all were two bed/ 1 bath that needed about $30,000 in remodeling. I used a partnership to fund the remodel and put up my own money for the down payment. During the purchasing process I decided to go with First American Home Warranty. Does anyone have experience with this group? All of the sub contractors I’ve worked with thus far have all pretty much said the same thing “ it’s a rip off.” Just wanted to get some feedback from my fellow investors, builders and the rest of my BiggerPockets friends.
