Questions for real estate agent

Hello all,

I am looking to get into real estate. I’m looking to invest in a owner occupied multi-family property. I am trying to find a real estate agent that won’t steer me in the wrong direction. I said all of that to ask. What are some key question to ask an agent before working with them? Thanks in advance.

The others nailed the most important question - Do you own and manage properties? Also, do you have access to off-market deals? Do you work primarily with investors? How many multi-family transactions did you do last year? What is the most up-and-coming area for multis, that isn't oversaturated yet, in the area and why?
