Financing for Overseas Investors: Seeking Advice

Sean Wilde
Posted

I am recently looking into helping Chinese investors locate and purchase USA based properties.

One thing I find is not often referenced on this site, and I have generally had less luck finding info on is securing loans and financing for Non-US citizens. Though my clientele would be primarily Chinese, I would love to learn more about this overall process.

Can anyone recommend a site, article, book, personal experience on the best-ofs in this process? What kinds of loans and interest rates are most popular for foreign investors? Are there any specific banks/agencies that are a "golden standard" or is it very much local to the area you buy in.

Any information and discussion is much appreciated! Thank you for helping me out.
