Contractor Recommendations and Referrals - Central, New Jersey

Hello BP community, I'm about to enter attorney review for my first property, SFR, in Somerset County, New Jersey. The property does need a bit of work (renovation of bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, any major items tbd after inspection, just to name a few). I'm looking to use a renovation loan on this and the first step is to get contractor bids on the scope of work to be done so that the amount of considered repairs that can be included altogether with the purchase loan amount. The plan is to house hack after it is fixed up. I would greatly appreciate any referrals or recommendations for contractors around the area. Thank you!
