Are investors tightening their criteria for buying due to Covid?

Before Covid-19 we were consistently able to sell assignments up to 80% - 85% of ARV minus repairs/holding. Since Covid, we've seen a small pullback and tightening of buying restrictions from investors? Has this been the general trend for all or most markets?
