Hi investors and happy arrival of summer! I'd highly appreciate anyone who could help to draw up a contract between myself as an investor and the seller as well as tenant buyer . Any shares of personal experiences and attorney recommendations would be highly appreciated and if I can be of any help to you - do let me know - always happy to share my knowledge and sweat. Stay safe!

You need a real estate attorney in your area. Keep terms as simple as possible and make sure that everyone wins on a lease purchase option. I have done three of these and you have to make sure everyone wins.

Much appreciated Alex! What area have you done deals?
