Newbie Investor Question

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie looking to begin investing in real estate. My main goal is buy and hold and maybe 1-2 fix and flips a year. My reason for this post is because I was looking into some websites that had distressed properties and came across happyinvestor.com. I was wondering if anyone here has used it and what are your thoughts about it. Hope to here from the Bigger Pockets family. Stay safe and have a Blessed day. Thank you!
