I just went through this (as I had Traveler's for years), I tried two brokers and both came in at the same rate. 

Then I called just a local AllState agency and their rates were super low (yes, same coverages). Not sure on your driving history + past claims on the property you're looking at (or your own prior claims), but maybe check them out.
