Vacancy Rates & Evaluating Neighborhoods
Does anyone have any tips for evaluating neighborhoods that you can't physically get to. My fear is ending up with a property in a neighborhood that doesn't have a demand for rentals. Does anyone use a certain website showing vacancy rates or any tricks of the trade to evaluate these types of things?
