I’m 19 with $3,000. How can I get started during quarantine?

I’m 19 and I live in Texas. I’ve saved up $3,000 and I want to start investing through house-hacking, but I’m not sure how to start. Are people even still looking to rent during a time like this? What area should I house-hack in?

I just started building my credit because I didn’t have a credit score at all before. Should I just continue saving and building my credit? Or is it possible for me to get started now?
