Short Sale Negotiators
The title company I like to use has a department with short sale negotiators. Basically, if I make an offer on a short sale, and can convice the seller to use the negotiator services, the negotiators will try to get the deal through at a price advantageous to me.
This is a win-win for the seller and the buyer becuase they build the fees into the title fees so that the bank pays the fees.
Do any of you have experience with this / heard of this type of service? To me it sounds like a great idea since a lot of realtors don't know how or even want to spend the time pushing these deals through the works.

Probably more than half of the title co.s in Fl will do this. The problem is, they can't really do it for"free". They ususally try to put junk fees on the HUD that the bank rejects, or they jack up the "closing fees" to the buyer.
